Yard Waste created by a commercial company will no longer be accepted at the Brewster Yard Waste facility adjacent to Brewster's Bimeler Park.  This includes any yard waste created by landscapers, tree services, lawn services, and so forth.  This action is taken at the direction of the Stark-Tusc-Wayne Joint Solid Waste Management District and is being enforced as a measure to reduce costs for the operation of the Yard Waste Drop Off site.

Please be aware that the drop off site is monitored by cameras and is under the jurisdiction of both the Brewster Police Department and the Stark County Sheriff. Those violating this policy are subject to prosecution and a fine.
