Mike Maybaugh

Superintendent Pepper is a multifaceted employee having started in the Village Street Department in 1986, moving into the Village Utility departments as a Utility Laborer, and becoming the Water Superintendent in 1993.  Supt Pepper as earned a Class I Ohio Water License, a Class I & Class II Ohio Wastewater License, and has complete the 4 Year Merchant Electric Lineman's Course.
