RECORDS RETENTION COMMISSION MEETING

DECEMBER 15, 2014 - 6:00PM

 

Call to order:   Kris King

 

Members of Commission:       Al McCallin, LaVonne Heitger, Mayor Schwab

 

Discussion:

            The Records Retention Schedule (RC-2) was submitted on August 6, 2014 as recommended in the June 2014 meeting.  It was accepted by the Ohio Historical Society - State Archives and the Auditor of State's Office.  The Ohio Historical Society made notations that the records we have noted as permanent cannot be destroyed without the approval of the Ohio Historical Society.
