COUNCIL OF THE WHOLE MEETING MINUTES                                              December 3, 2014

Brewster Council Chambers at 6 pm

In Attendance: Councilmen Dale Fox, Dave Godwin, Chuck Hawk, Tom Hilliard, Paul Mackey, and Steve Tharp, Jr.

Also in Attendance: Attorney John Anthony

Topic:  Interview of Attorney John Anthony for the Village Solicitor position

            Attorney Anthony currently works for the Stark County Prosecutor’s Office and is the Village Solicitor for Waynesburg.   Waynesburg meets on the second Tuesday of each month which would not conflict with Brewster’s first and third Monday meetings schedule.

Note: Current Village Solicitor Alfred McCallin has made know his desire to retire from the Village Solicitor position.   Village Solicitor McCallin has recommended Attorney John Anthony as his replacement.

Village Council and Attorney Anthony held and Question and Answer discussion.
