                                      Parks and Grounds meeting 1/13/14

 

Called to order by Dave Godwin 6:00pm

Members of the committee David Godwin, Paul Mackey and Joe Strausbaugh

Others in attendance is Dale Fox, Steve Tharp, Tom Hillard, Mike Schwab, Kris King and

Ricky Patterson.

We started the meeting off discussing the new storage garage, many options were

Discussed we had a quote for $43,000 minus engineering from are Superintendent

Ricky Patterson. There was other suggestion of getting quotes for different building in

future.

We then moved on to discuss the Face lift on city hall, Supr. Patterson has explained the

Procedure he would take to upgrade city hall and dry walling all of the wall changing the 

Few doors that will be up graded along with other upgrades. The committee agreed to

Budget $15,000 to the rehab the city hall and will be brought up for passing at our next

Regular Meeting!

The third item was to place a handicap swing to be place in Bimiler Park on the east side

of the park in spring at a cost of $1700 all agreed on the committee.
