WAGE COMMITTEE MEETING

July 25, 2017

 

Committee Members Present:

Mike Schwab, Mayor                          Mike Miller, Village Administrator                

Steve Tharp, Councilman                    Kris King, Clerk-Treasurer

 

Audience Members:

Jim Spivey                                            Jenny Spivey                                       

Ryan Swan                                           Jen Mohler

 

Meeting opened 5:30 p.m.  

 

VA Miller presented new printouts that expressed the changes suggested at the last meeting.  The gaps between the Police Department ranks were widened over the next three increases.  The office personnel printout included the Clerk-Treasurer position for comparison between personnel.  The committee is in consensus that these meet their wishes.  VA Miller will now consolidate the information to show Council the committee’s recommendations.

 

Meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m. but an additional conversation was started and the meeting was opened again.

 

The discussion was on the differences in responsibilities between the Street Technician and the Water and Wastewater Technicians.  The discussion ensued until 6:20 p.m.

 

The next meeting was set for August 8^th at 6:00 p.m.
