On-Line Utility Pay

To setup your ability to pay your Village utility account via credit card or e-check:    Pay Utility Payment here

You will need to know your account number (it’s on your utility bill). This works from PC’s, tablets, mobile devices and smartphones.

If you have questions or are stymied, give us a call at the Utility Office at 330-767-3312 and we’ll be glad to walk you thru it. The credit card convenience fee is 2.95% plus $.25, the e-check convenience fee is a flat $1.50. You can also now pay with a credit card at the Utility Office. The same fees will apply.

A couple of exceptions to On Line Payments due to software limitations:

Final Utility Account Payments must still be paid at the Utility Office.

Budget Billing Customers can not use On Line Payments and must pay at the Utility Office.

Shut Off/Turn On Customers also must make payment and coordinate turn-ons at the Utility Office.

ELECTRIC SAVINGS Programs can be accessed going to:   "Electric Savings"
