FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING

FEBRUARY 20, 2012

6:30pm

 

 

 

The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Sherri Bichsel.

 

The meeting was then handed over to Clerk Kris King.

 

Clerk King stated that the end of year total for all funds were broken down on a spreadsheet.  Then the estimated revenues and expected changes are added along with encumbered balances to come up with the total amount available.                    

 

Clerk King reminded Council that this is the total amount of funds the Village is expected to receive and that it should not all be spent.

 

Meeting adjourned at 6:33pm.
