VA Hartman reported that the Planning Commission met on April 19, 2012. The applicant was Brewster Dairy, Inc. of 800 S. Wabash Avenue; The lots are just west of Dairy property on W. 7th Street. Planning Commission recommended the denial of the rezoning of these lots by a unanimous vote. The lots are too small and the setbacks would overlap.
The floor was opened to the audience.
Nick Pumneo stated we could have used it as leverage to fix the smell before they could build.
Meeting adjourned at 7:04pm.
Respectfully submitted,
