Audience Robert and Joann Brown, Paul and Cindy Mackey, Linda Taylor, Ray and Lavonne Heitger, Chester Shepler, Darrell Wiles.

First Issue Mr. Helmuth's lot 1754 want Williams Street opened.

Mayor provided maps.

V.A. gave history on area

Tom understands and wants it done right

Mayor ask who pays for how many are serviced

V A said one block would cost $100,000 if done to village standards

Sherry not fair to access the people against it

Jay not issue if wanted or not point of putting it in or not

Tharp improve it access butting properties for curb and guttering

Second Issue requesting stone

Mayor Harrison Alley was decided it is not village property

Tharp Street or Driveway

Tharp Doesn’t see why we shouldn’t give him gravel they did before

Mayor not part of the village
