Discussed Harriman residents and gravel to the alley tabled until V A was able to answer questions

Discussed Williams   Street

 Godwin stated that if they want to open the road at their cost as mentioned before he was on board

Duff if wants it open he can pay for the gravel

Tharp needs a policy drawn up

Tom let him open it with gravel at his cost that’s what he asked for!

Tharp I have worked hard with all the parties involved to get his issue resolved

Tom I move to let them do it

Godwin and Duff agree

Tom wanted to know about the catch basins on Mohican

Mayor they were finished with the catch basins
