March 1, 2021 - Residential CRA Meeting

 

6:45 P.M. – Mayor Charles Hawk opened the meeting.

 

COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT:

Chuck Hawk, Mayor

Dale Fox, Council Member                           Tom Hilliard, Council Member

Andrew Hess, Council Member                  Brett Long, Council Member

Sydney Radich, Council Member                                                              

                               

VILLAGE OFFICIALS:

Kris King, Clerk-Treasurer                             Michael Miller, Village Administrator      

 

AUDIENCE:

None

 

Members of Board present:

Mayor Hawk, Council Member Radich, Jerry Layne, Ray Heitger, and Council Member Hess.

Mayor Hawk opened the meeting.

 

The committee had reviewed the one current tax abatement at:

• 771 McKinley Ave SW

 

The review was to make sure that the additions were being used for residential purposes only.  The committee stated it was being used for residential use only.

 

Layne moved to continue the abatement, Heitger seconded the motion.  The vote: All yes.

 

Hess moved to adjourn the meeting, Radich seconded the motion.  The vote: All yes.  Meeting adjourned at 6:48 pm.
