COUNCIL OF THE WHOLE MINUTES
BREWSTER VILLAGE COUNCIL
February 16, 2015

VILLAGE OFFICIALS PRESENT:

K. Kris King, Clerk-Treasurer
Rob Pauley, Village Administrator


AUDIENCE:

Ray Heitger 

Council Member Mackey opened the meeting.

There was discussion on adopting new Rules of Council.  A constructive discussion was held with full participation by all in attendance.  A number of items were discussed and questions asked.  The main area of discussion was the topic of committees, their structure and areas of responsibility.  It was agreed that all would consider the committee situation and make recommendations at the next scheduled meeting on May 18th, 2015.

The meeting adjourned at 6:55 PM.
