THE BREWSTER FIRE DEPARTMENT AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL

SERVICES FEE SCHEDULE FOR CHARGED FOR SERVICES  

A. Charge for Basic Life Support (BLS) and care   = $ 700.00

B. Charge for Advanced Life Support One (ALS1) assessment = $ 800.00
   and the provision of one or more ALS interventions  

C. Charge for Advanced Life Support Two (ALS2) which includes the = $ 900.00 

   administration of three different medications or the provision of 

   one or more of the following ALS procedures: manual defibrillation/

   cardioversion, endotracheal intubation, chest decompression, or

   intrasseous line.

D. Charge for Specialty Care for hospital to hospital transport = $ 1145.00 

E. Charge for Extrication when tools are required to remove a trapped = $ 450.00

   victim from the scene. 

F. Charge for a Vehicle Fire = $ 450.00 

G. Charge per loaded mile from the scene to the hospital shall = $ 20.00/mile

H. Charge for Transport to the Morgue = $ 75.00

I. Billing category for replacement of any Turnout Gear or other equipment damaged during an Extrication, 
   a Vehicle Fire, or a Fire shall be established

J. No charges shall be levied for any patient requiring First Aid only and not requiring transport to the hospital
