VILLAGE OF BREWSTER

COUNCIL OF THE WHOLE MEETING

September 5, 2023 – Walk-through of new Electric Garage

5:45 P.M. – 6:03 P.M.

Council Members present: Dave Godwin, Brett Long, Sydney Radich, and Mike Schwab. Mayor Charles Hawk, VA Miller, and Clerk-Treasurer Kris King were also in attendance.

Audience in attendance: Ryan Henry, Kyle Wade, and Nancy Bucher.

This meeting was called to order by Mayor Hawk and everyone walked around inside of the building. The wire reels are now inside so the spools will not rot. There is now plenty of room for all the vehicles and equipment. The camera system was discussed along with the potential of the system.

We walked around the outside of the building. VA Miller is trying to get quotes for a concrete pad at the front of the building. Quotes on fencing are in but the project has can’t begin until the Zoning Board of Appeals rules on variances for height and adding three strands of barbed wire to match the substation security fencing.
