February 3, 2020 -Safe Routes to School meeting

 

6:30 P.M. – CALL TO ORDER

 

MEMBERS PRESENT:

Chuck Hawk, Mayor

Dale Fox, Council Member                           Tom Hilliard, Council Member

Andrew Hess, Council Member                     Brett Long, Council Member

VILLAGE OFFICIALS:

Kris King, Clerk-Treasurer                             Michael Miller, Village Administrator      

 

AUDIENCE:

Nancy Hawk and Ray Heitger

 

Mayor Hawk opened the meeting and VA Miller went over a recap of the expenses – past and projected for the Safe Routes to School Project.  VA Miller provided spreadsheets for all the expenses and where the money was coming from.  He then asked Council if they had any questions.  With there being none, Mayor Hawk thanked VA Miller for all the work he has put into the project and told Council that the VA is very passionate about this project.

 

Meeting adjourned at 6:39 pm.
