Tonight’s Public Hearing was advertised in the Canton Repository on December 20^th and 27^th, 2019.

 

• This evening’s business was to discuss an addition to the Village Zoning Code as recommended by the Planning Commission on November 21^st, 2019.  It would modify the language in Section 153.019U – Fences – Walls and Hedges in the residential and commercial areas of Brewster

 

VA Miller discussed the reason for this new section in addressing the safety of the community.  Also, Ohio Building Code does not cover retaining walls and hedges.
