FINANCE COMMITTEE

July 1, 2019

6:03 P.M. –CALL TO ORDER- Councilman Chuck Hawk

 

MEMBERS PRESENT:

Mike Schwab, Mayor

Chuck Hawk, Council Member

Andrew Hess, Council Member

Tom Hilliard. Council Member

Dave Godwin, Council Member

Ray Heitger, Audience

 

VILLAGE OFFICALS:

Kris King, Clerk-Treasurer

Michael Miller, Village Administrator

 

Meeting was turned over to Clerk, Kris King.

Discussed worksheet and changes to the transfers to quarterly transfers and 1% income tax transfers.

 

Quarterly:

Street Equipment-stay same

Street Resurfacing- stay same

Police Car-stay same

Parks & Grounds- increase to $4000

Sidewalk - increase to $3000

Recreation Fund- increase to $2000

 

1% Income Tax Transfers

 

Street C, M, & R- down to 10%

Parks, Grounds & Buildings- increase to 5%

Capital Projects- increase to 4%
