6:47 P.M. – CALL TO ORDER

 

MEMBERS PRESENT:

Mike Schwab, Mayor                                      Mike Miller, Village Administrator

Chuck Hawk, Council Member                    Andrew Hess, Council Member

Ray Heitger, Resident                                    

 

ABSENT MEMBERS:

Jerry Layne, Resident                                     Jim Spivey, Resident

 

VILLAGE OFFICIALS:

Kris King, Clerk-Treasurer                             John Anthony, Solicitor

 

The two residential properties that are currently on our abatement list had been reviewed and found to be still being used as intended by the members of the board.

 

Mayor Schwab moved, seconded by Councilman Hess and motion carried to recommend to Council that the abatements be continued.  The vote: All aye.

 

Mayor Schwab moved, seconded by Councilman Hess and motion carried to adjourn the meeting.  The vote: All aye.

 

Meeting adjourned at 6:50 pm.
