Insurance Committee

Present- Huff and Tharp

Absent- Bichsel

Councilman Hilliard attended to observe.

Chairman Tharp opened the meeting and Huff and Tharp began to discuss each of the plans presented by both insurance agencies. Both concurred that we didn’t want to leave Ohio Insurance Services and recommended that we stay with Brian Savage as our broker.

The committee then agreed to give Brian Savage of Ohio Insurance Services the opportunity to be Agent of Record.

Next the committee discussed the individual policies. The general consensus was the all of these were good plans but that we would narrow it down to 2 policies: The renewal with Aultcare and the Aultra 5000 A plan with Aultcare.

Councilman Hilliard asked questions of the committee. The committee agreed to meet with council regarding the plans that we narrowed down. We also wanted to firm up the numbers for each policy.

Meeting then adjourned.
