          The meeting was called to order, Ryan Swan has been chosen as the employee liaison and was in attendance, the discussion was on call pay and employee wages.  There was discussion as to why we have not been able to hire a fourth line man, as we have been told this is to due our wage scale. A discussion then took place  if we implemented a wage increase , based on the going rates, that we might also visit the possibility of amending our employee requirements to include a schedule that would cover. It was also discussed that some input from the new Village Administrator  might be useful. The end result was to do a comparison of wages and benefits. Also to take into  account the  increase in insurance.
