Utility Committee Meeting

All Council, Mayor, Clerk, Dale Fox, Ryan Swan, Mike Radich

Chairman Tharp presented council with 7 options for Stand by pay with the electric department. He explained why it was being brought up. Councilman Tharp noted that these are just ideas to start the discussion.

All of council participated in the discussion.

Councilman Duff and Huff had concerns about providing one department with stand by pay instead of all of the departments.

Councilman Tharp advocated for one of the options.

Duff, concerned with the proposal, offered to work with Tharp to come up with a solution. Tharp agreed to work with Duff.
