Come see us in the Utility Office at Village Hall or fill out the application at the bottom of this page and email it to us.

We'll be happy to assist you and give you a Village goody bag.

The Utility office hours are: Monday-Friday 7AM to 3:30PM (closed 12:00-12:35 daily for lunch).
